Ecological Efficiency Analysis in Zhejiang Province: Based on Improved Super-SBM Model

This paper use the super efficiency SBM-DEA model with undesirable outputs to calculate ecological of Zhejiang Province from 2001 2018, and construct multiple linear regression that evaluating influencing factors based on it. The fluctuated increased during study period, which was mainly driven by pure technical efficiency. In analysis, it can be concluded income factors, structural institutional have a gradually weakening positive impact argues should make full regional advantages, resource advantages talent basis maintaining current industrial level. It is advised vigorously develop high-tech industries, strengthen international communications knowledge seek new economic growth points. Finally higher level coordination between development protection achieved.
